Sisterhood Dinner Out:

Take a break from the winter chill and join the sistas at Lager and Vine on Thursday, February 20th at 7:00 p.m. This popular Hudson restaurant offers a varied menu of appetizers and entrees–in addition to a wide array of specialty brews. WRJ Central District Spring Kallah:

TBS Sisterhood members are cordially invited to participate in the 2014 WRJ Central District Spring Kallah which will be held during the weekend of March 21-23. This WRJ event will be held at the Goldman Union Camp Institute (GUCI) in Zionsville, Indiana. For additional information about the Spring Kallah, contact Lisa Singer (LisaSinger@aol.com) or Sandy Adland (sandyadland@gmail.com).

2014 Mitzvah Day:

Plans are underway for the 2014 day of community service–Mitzvah Day–which will be held on Sunday, June 1st. Sisterhood member Kathy Snyder has graciously volunteered to be a team leader and to assist with the recruitment of volunteers from our TBS Sisterhood. This broad-based event is a non-denominational collaborative with other congregations and organizations in the community. This year, our Sisterhood will be supporting the activities at the Akron Red Cross which offers a food bank program and free meals to persons in need.
