RSVP Today for Shabbat 101
What do a Shabbat service and an opera have in common (besides a lot of great singing)? Each is founded on a dramatic structure, which can help with understanding even when the “lyrics” are in an unfamiliar language. Please join us on Friday, November 20, as we explore this idea further during the second in our four-part Shabbat 101 series: The Theatre of Shabbat. The dinner and program will begin at 6:30 p.m. (please note, this is a later start time than last month), followed by a very special learning service at 7:45 p.m. Cost for dinner is $5/person or $18/family, and space is limited. RSVP via email to education@tbshudson.org by Monday, November 16. There is no cost, or RVSP necessary, for the service. This program is appropriate for all ages, and is open to all — bring a friend!
I hope to see you all there. If you have any questions, or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Warmly,
Stefani
