Sisterhood Schmooze 1/15/2015
Sisterhood General Meeting Highlights:
Thanks to Sisterhood secretary Jennifer Kornblum and co-president Lisa Singer for providing the following highlights from last Sunday’s meeting:
We are more than appreciative of “Team Shelley”… Shelley J. and Shelley S. for stepping up to the plate and volunteering to be the liaisons between WRJ Central District and our TBS Sisterhood.
They will, among other activities, be assisting with Area Day event planning and coordinating speakers.
The sistas will once again take to the kitchen to assist with Passover food prep for the TBS Congregational Second Seder which will be held on Saturday, April 4th.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 2nd. This gathering will bring the sistas together for a “Charoset Chop” and an opportunity to showcase our extraordinary culinary skills in the preparation of matzoh ball soup!
Other programming ideas discussed at the meeting include Mahj Jongg games; Sisterhood Book Club; a pre-High Holiday cooking class; belly dancing; and a Shabbat morning Yoga class.
Watch the Schmooze for future details!
