Join us this Friday, November 4, for a very special Shabbat experience, which we hope to make a regular monthly event. We’ll begin at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary with a brief Tot Shabbat service, led by Robin Selinger, Cantorial Soloist, and Stefani Carlson, Education Director. This fun, interactive service full of songs and stories is designed for children ages 0-5 and their families (older siblings are of course welcome). While Tot Shabbat is going on, our host class — this month it’s our Confirmation Class of students in grades 10-12 and their families — will be in the social hall setting up the potluck dinner.

Everyone is welcome to come to the Shabbat potluck dinner, which will begin at around 6:45 PM, at the conclusion of Tot Shabbat. No need to RSVP — just bring a main dish, salad, or side dish to share! We’ll provide drinks and paper goods. The Confirmation Class will also have an organizational meeting during this time.

“Regular” Shabbat Services, led by Rabbi Jim with music by Robin, will begin at 7:45 PM, followed by a festive Oneg Shabbat, hosted by our Confirmation Class families. We hope to see you then!
